This Thursday, July 29, around 12:30 p.m., a driver was surprised by the height of his vehicle and crashed his rental van under the Beauregard Bridge in Thionville.
No injuries in the accident, but a torn roof. And a traffic forced to take the remaining lane to be able to leave this place regularly known for such facts. There is indeed a gantry indicating the maximum height not to be exceeded, but no mud flaps which could soundly warn the motorist who is using a risk zone. The municipal police were there.
