Ardy explained, there was no instant way to lose weight. The best way is to limit fat and calorie intake to exercise.

“If you want to lose weight or fat you should limit your fat and calorie intake and burn calories with exercise. It’s okay to drink lime juice but if the goal is to lose weight, it’s just a myth,” said Ardy.
