The offender quickly descends from a private vehicle and hurries to the car of his victims. There, he approached his occupants, told them that he was a Dijin agent, and assured them that a robbery had just occurred in the area, so he asked for their documents.
The driver mistrusts the procedure of the alleged police, so she does not get out of the car, but her companion does proceed.
“I pass him vehicle documents, credit cards, $ 50 thousand bills,” says the victim of the robbery.
On the scene, as if it were a play, a supposed pedestrian appears who is called by the false police officers. Their participation makes the situation seem more real and the victim ends up handing over their belongings.
From one moment to the next, with the valuables in their possession, the thief and his companion flee and on the way drag the victims for several meters.
In addition to robberies like this, criminals on motorcycles roam the city looking for victims. In another recorded event it is seen how, with apparent firearms, they lock up a couple and take away their belongings, they without putting up resistance hand over cell phones and valuables.
For now, the authorities have invited victims to report these types of cases that have affected citizen security in Bogotá.
