Thanks to the “Carabobo 200” Plan, promoted by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, comprehensive care continues at the “El Bajo” Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI) located in the San Francisco municipality, Zulia state, where Oncological operations were carried out, paying off the debt generated by the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic blockade, as reported by the entity’s governor, Omar Prieto.
Through his Instagram account @omarprietogob, the regional president highlighted that they continue to provide comprehensive face-to-face care, case by case, house to house; providing health in specialties that were collapsed under the old scheme and that thanks to the “Carabobo 200” Plan today it is possible to attend from a tailpiece extraction to an oncological operation in the robust health system.
