Dangerous drivers continue to challenge the Vice Ministry of Transportation and the National Civil Police (PNC), regardless of putting their lives at risk and those of third parties who travel through the different streets of the country.
In that sense, between this Saturday night and early today, the authorities reported the capture of nine people who tested positive for the alcohol test at more than 100 milligrams per deciliter of alcohol exhaled in air.
Of the nine drivers, six of them were located and taken out of circulation in the east of the country and the rest, from the central zone. Most of those caught driving drunk had several companions.
One of the maximum values detected was 242 milligrams per deciliter of air sucked in, which is equivalent to drinking about ten normal-sized beers. All the detainees were taken to PNC barracks.
