Texcoco.- Several neighbors beat up a man who recorded the lower part of the dress with his cell phone of a woman who walked in the streets of the center of the municipality, in addition to touching her without her consent.
The victim, who was walking on 16 de Septiembre Street, accused a man of touching her buttocks, as well as putting his hand under her dress.
Several passers-by noticed what happened and came to help her while the man asked her forgiveness.
“I had been recording the lady and I groped her,” the passersby reported to the local police who arrived at the site.
Passersby handed the man over to officers to be presented to the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM).
Recorded images of the woman were found on the mobile phone of the subject identified as Antonio “N”, 29 years old. He was made available to the Public Ministry for the crime of sexual abuse.
