They ask to identify suspects who shot a man 8 times at Motel 6 in Fayetteville | Univision 40 Raleigh WUVC

FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina.- The Fayetteville Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying three suspects charged with shooting a man at a hotel on Cedar Creek Road.

The shooting occurred on March 5 around 1:46 pm at the Motel 6 located at 1922 Cedar Creek Road.

While the officers were on their way, the victim was transported in a personal vehicle to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. 30-year-old Kevin Brewington was shot at least eight times and is still recovering from injuries.

According to the Fayetteville Police, the suspects arrived in a silver-colored Nissan Altima car. A white woman entered a nearby store while two African-American men got out of the vehicle and walked to the motel.

Then one of the subjects shot the victim several times. “The three suspects fled in the Nissan in which they arrived,” authorities added in a statement.
