They are building a huge new residential complex in Plovdiv

The Municipality of Plovdiv has already issued a building permit on 21.04.2022, and the investor is Georgi Chalamov, owner of the company “Gerbera” OOD, who bought the property and the hall, as well as almost all the neighboring properties in the south of about 50 decare. From the website of the company it is clear that another concrete mastodon will be built there which on the basis of the building permits has already started the first part of the complex – “Gerbera 4”.

The buildings in the area were intended for SOP – for the construction of warehouses and industrial buildings, and only 20% of the built-up area could be for residential use. For this reason, the investor submits an application to the Municipality for the admission of a new PUP – PRZ for the area, to change the status of the properties according to the new General Development Plan.

In the last municipal session, the chief architect of Plovdiv submitted a request to the city council to modify the area according to the new urban plan. With 18 “in favor”, 1 against and 15 “abstentions” votes, the directors voted for the admission of PUP – PRZ. Thus, the construction of a block of 16 floors / 48 meters / becomes possible, the development is up to 50%, kint 3.5, landscaping by 40% and 100% for parking. This also applies to neighboring plots that were bought by Chalemov. More than 20 new buildings, 16 floors or even more, can be built on these 50 decars.
