The buildings in the area were intended for SOP – for the construction of warehouses and industrial buildings, and only 20% of the built-up area could be for residential use. For this reason, the investor submits an application to the Municipality for the admission of a new PUP – PRZ for the area, to change the status of the properties according to the new General Development Plan.
In the last municipal session, the chief architect of Plovdiv submitted a request to the city council to modify the area according to the new urban plan. With 18 “in favor”, 1 against and 15 “abstentions” votes, the directors voted for the admission of PUP – PRZ. Thus, the construction of a block of 16 floors / 48 meters / becomes possible, the development is up to 50%, kint 3.5, landscaping by 40% and 100% for parking. This also applies to neighboring plots that were bought by Chalemov. More than 20 new buildings, 16 floors or even more, can be built on these 50 decars.
