The provincial incidence of the covid rises this Thursday, which remains close to 400 points; and the number of municipalities in the province that will enter restrictions this Friday is notably increased: 33 have a high incidence. Of these, 21 will have a perimeter closure, including some of the most important towns in the Granada Metropolitan Area; and in 12 more municipalities everything will be closed.
Everything will be closed from April 16 in Íllora, Colomera, Castril, Campotéjar, Darro, Albuñuelas, Escúzar, Montejícar, Nigüelas, El Valle, Zagra and Orce. In this last town, the rate is this Thursday at 3,100 points.
They enter in perimeter closure in Las Gabias, Santa Fe, Jun, Pulianas, Padul, Ogíjares, Otura, Huéscar, Alhama de Granada, Gójar, Fuente Vaqueros, Dúrcal, Cúllar Vega, Chauchina, Cijuela, Salar, Gualchos, Ferreira, Agrón, Benalúa de las Villas, Domingo Pérez, Agrón and Villamena.

Fourth wave rising

Vaccination keeps pace. Again, this Wednesday, 7,200 doses were injected in the province. If the current vaccination rate is maintained -and by pure statistics-, all people over 50 years of age in the province of Granada would also have to be vaccinated within a month.
