PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) ensure banking services for customers continue to run normally during collective leave on 28 and 30 October.
From the BCA announcement, the branch office service did not operate on that date. Then on October 31 and November 1, 2020, weekend banking services were also eliminated.
However, Pertamina B2B transactions can still be served on October 30, 2020 at 09.00-14.00 at 10 branch offices, namely KCU Matraman, KCU Galaxy, KCU Palembang, KCU Denpasar, KCU Malang, KCU Bandung, KCU Semarang, KCU Solo Slamet Riyadi, KCU Medan , and KCU Madiun.
President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja said that even though the BCA branch office is closed during a joint leave, BCA is still present at the customer’s side through a variety of digital services that are currently equipped with advanced #BankingFromHome features that make it easier for customers to make transactions during #DiRumahAja.
“Apart from making it easier, BCA digital banking certainly provides a sense of comfort and safety for customers,” said Jahja in a press release, Saturday (24/10/2020).
He revealed various features digital banking which is useful for customers when #DiRumahAja, including the QR feature on BCA mobile that customers can use to pay for shopping transactions at merchant with QRIS payment.
QRIS is a payment network that uses QR Code from BCA mobile and various payment applications where BCA supports the government by implementing cashless payment via QRIS. In addition, QR on BCA mobile makes it easy for customers to pay for shopping without touch on a variety merchant in collaboration with BCA.
The next feature is Cardless Cash Withdrawal (cardless) on BCA mobile which allows users to withdraw cash without an ATM card. Usually the wallet is left behind and there is an urgent situation that requires cash transactions. Customers only need to access the Cardless feature on BCA mobile and can easily withdraw money without a card at BCA ATMs.
“This feature supports customers in the current situation that requires minimizing physical contact with objects or other things,” added Jahja.
Then there is Debit Online, a feature that makes it easier for customers to make online transaction payments. Uniquely, the Debit Online BCA feature gives customers flexibility in managing online transactions via BCA mobile.
This new feature provides customers with two benefits at the same time, namely easy transaction control and no limits. Customers can activate or deactivate transactions, customers can set limits and block #DibikinSimpel on BCA mobile.
In addition, this feature allows customers to use it as an online payment method both at home and abroad. This feature can also be used to shop across e-commerce platforms, online shops, and online services that accept Mastercard card payments.
