A total of 13 regencies or cities in East Java have status Red zone or areas with a high risk of transmission COVID-19. This data goes up and down along with data on the addition of cases in East Java.
From data collected by detikcom on infocovid19.jatimprov.go.id page, 13 areas that have status as red zones namely Surabaya City, Kediri Regency, Tuban, Lamongan, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Jombang, Batu City, Mojokerto, Malang City, Pasuruan City, Pamekasan to Pasuruan Regency
In addition to the red zone, there are also 15 regions with orange zones, or areas with moderate risk of transmission. These areas are Bangkalan, Probolinggo City, Kediri City, Trenggalek, Probolinggo Regency, Situbondo, Malang Regency.
Orange zone areas also exist in Tulungagung, Nganjuk, Sampang, Magetan, Mojokerto City, Sumenep, Bojonegoro to Blitar Regency.
Meanwhile, there are 10 regions with yellow zones or low risk of transmission in Banyuwangi, Pacitan, Ngawi, Ponorogo, Jember, Bondowoso, Madiun Regency, Madiun City, Lumajang and Blitar City.
The latest data until Wednesday (1/7) night, a positive case COVID-19 in East Java, increased 316, bringing the total to 12,245 cases. A total of 4,391 patients have recovered.
“It is confirmed there are an additional 316 positive cases of Corona in East Java. In total there are 12,245 COVID-19 cases in East Java,” said East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa at the Grahadi State Building in Surabaya, Wednesday (1/7/2020).
However, there were an additional 22 positive COVID-19 patients who died in East Java. Now there are 950 people who died because of COVID-19 in East Java. While the results of the Task Force for the Acceleration Handling tracing COVID-19 East Java, there are 4,582 PDP which are still being watched and 5,184 ODP are still being monitored.
