Elaf from London: Today, Sunday, a British newspaper published what it said was a video of the hope that the world awaits, showing footage of the production line in thousands of small bottles, for a vaccine that can end the nightmare of Corona.

The Mail on Sunday revealed that the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has already manufactured “hundreds of thousands of doses” of the vaccine at its plant in Burs, Belgium.

She said these doses are being stored in preparation for deployment around the world if clinical trials are successful, and regulators deem them safe and effective.
The US pharmaceutical giant hopes to provide 100 million doses this year, of which 40 million are destined for the United Kingdom, a number that will diminish before the 1.3 billion doses the company aspires to manufacture in 2021. Each patient receiving the vaccine will need two doses.

In an interview with The Mail on Sunday, Pfizer UK President Ben Osborne said: “It was great to see the first bottle come off the manufacturing line.”

He added, “It brought an enormous smile on my face to see all this work actually lead to a product.”

Experiments
Pfizer, which works with the German company BioNTech, is currently experimenting with 44,000 people, and last week it said it plans to apply for emergency US approval for its vaccine next November, and this puts Pfizer in the lead in the race to launch the Covid vaccine.
Separately, Osborne said that Pfizer Lab in Sandwich, Kent County, has discovered drugs that could provide a potential treatment for Covid-19. This talk coincides with a report that said that the British National Health Service (NHS) is preparing to introduce a vaccine for the Corona virus shortly after Christmas.

AstraZeneca
According to the report, the UK’s deputy chief medical officer, Jonathan Van Tam, told MPs last week that the third phase of trials for a vaccine created at the University of Oxford and produced by AstraZeneca could start in December, according to the newspaper ( Sunday Times).
According to the newspaper, he said, “We are not light years away from that.” It’s not a completely unrealistic suggestion that we can deploy a vaccine shortly after Christmas. “This will have a major impact on hospitalizations and deaths.”

Thousands of NHS employees will undergo vaccination training before the end of the year, the newspaper adds.
