Al-Marsad Newspaper: Consultant cardiologist and arterial catheter, Khaled Al-Nimr, revealed 3 psychological reasons that lead to early arterial disease.
Al-Nimr said, in a tweet on Twitter, that depression and psychological and social stress are independent causes of early coronary heart disease.
He added, in another tweet, that: “Too much lemon in food and drink does not raise blood pressure; rather, it helps to lower it in the long run.”
He continued, “Lemon is a good alternative to all kinds of salt in foods.”
