The Thinnest Bezel Award Goes to iPhone 15 Pro Max, Beating Xiaomi 13 and Set to Rival HP.

iPhone 15 Pro and the iPhone 15 Pro Max will reportedly come with a much thinner bezel. So thin, the bezel is on iPhone 15 Pro Max claimed to be record-breaking.

According to leaks from tipster Ice Universe, the iPhone 15 Pro Max will be the phone with the thinnest bezel. Currently the record is held by Xiaomi 13.

The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max are both predicted to have thinner and slightly curved bezels compared to the iPhone 14 Pro. But according to Ice Universe, the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have the most minimal bezels.

In his tweet on Twitter, Ice Universe said iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a bezel just 1.55mm thick. The size will beat the Xiaomi 13 bezel which has a 1.81 mm bezel.

For comparison, Ice Universe also provides bezel sizes on the iPhone 14 Pro (2.17 mm) and the Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S23 (1.95 mm), as quoted by MacRumors, Saturday (18/3/2023).

According to previously circulating rumors, the bezels on the four iPhone 15 variants will be slightly curved at the edges, similar to the iPhone 11 series. But for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, the bezel size will still be the same as the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus.

Not long ago, the glass panel that the iPhone 15 series will use was also leaked on Chinese social media. The figure holding the glass panel says the bezel is on iPhone 15 Pro will be thinner than the standard variant.

With thinner bezels, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will probably have the appearance of the Apple Watch Series 7 and Series 8. In addition to thinner bezels, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will also have a titanium frame, solid-state buttons for power and volume, as well as a thinner camera protrusion.
