Mr. Vartzopoulos confused psychiatry with politics and abused both.
As a scientist he adopted an extreme and dubious scientific point of view, biology, which refers to the darkest aspects of totalitarianism, in order to reach a highly anti-social and dangerous conclusion: it gives a biological basis to gender violence and justifies femicide.
Starting from biological differences, it reduces women to the role of a reproductive machine, erasing centuries of Western civilization and eliminating the greatest social revolution of the 20th century which was the claim of equality on the part of women, a struggle that is not over.
Mr. Vartzopoulos justifies violence in general since, as he says, “anyone who is aggressive is born aggressive” and calls for youth aggression to be directed against the enemies of the country and society. Neo-Nazi formations have similar views.
The opinion of Mr. Vartzopoulos is not far from the opinion of his prime minister who considers that “inequality is in our nature”.
Since it refers to the animal kingdom, let us remind him that in lion packs, it is the females who hunt, bring food, give birth and protect the cubs from the males and generally take care of the cohesion and reproduction of the pack.
