The incident occurred on February 22 near the Üçgen junction in the Sümer District of Pamukkale, Denizli.
The person who tried to go to his house by walking and approaching Ali Küçük, who is 60 percent physically handicapped, stole his bag with a snatch method and got involved in the losses. During the incident, while resisting not to give his bag, losing his balance, the fallen Küçük was slightly injured.

The police, who took action after Küçük reported the situation, examined the security camera records of the workplaces in the region. It was determined that the person who made a snatch from the images was the hairdresser Kadir Yasin Avcu.
Police caught Avcu at his home on February 25 and detained him. Avcu, who confessed to his crime, was sent to the courthouse after his procedures. Meanwhile, Halime Avcu, who saw her son with her hands cuffed, said, “I want to see my child. I’m a mother, she didn’t do anything.”
Kadir Yasin Avcu was arrested by the court he was taken to.
