Snapdragon 875 is to be made in modern 5 nm lithography and receive new X1 cores from ARM. The manufacturer promises that the processor will be ultra-efficient and extremely energy-efficient. His debut is scheduled for the beginning of December this year.
Benchmark results
According to the benchmark conducted by Master Lu, Snapdragon 875 got as much as 333,269 points. Kirin 9000 on your smartphone Huawei Mate 40 Pro achieved 275862 points. It is worth adding that both processors are octa-core and are made in a 5 nm technological process.
The Snapdragon 875 wins, probably due to the fact that it uses a processor Cortex-X1 as the main core. By comparison, the Kirin 9000 uses the Cortex-A77which only offers 70% of the peak Cortex-X1 performance. The main core of the Snapdragon 875 is clocked with frequency 2,84 GHz.

Kirin wins with graphics
