“For the Sovereign, it is important that citizens respect the measures prescribed by the public authorities, in particular the wearing of a mask, physical distancing and special hygiene requirements,” he continued.
“HM the King thus emphasized the lack of civility of certain sections of the population and the observed carelessness and slackening behaviors. He considers that this is a threat to the spirit of solidarity of the national community, ”said Mr. Sehimi.
“The Sovereign also expressed his deep apprehensions on this subject by declaring that if this trend continued, drastic measures would be considered and implemented, in particular ” the return to confinement ” and even a ” hardening of sanitary measures “currently in force,” he said.
“This is a question of primary interest to social and national life. With this in mind, the Sovereign urged the ” vital force of the Nation ” to engage more actively to overcome this difficult ordeal. ” Mobilization ” and ” vigilance ”: these are their watchwords.
