New Law Allows Ukrainians to Update Military Registration Data Without Visiting Office

Ukrainians liable for military service will be able to update their data not only at the military registration and enlistment office.

People’s Deputy and member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Irina Friz explained that after the adopted law on mobilization Those liable for military service will be able to update their data without visiting the military registration and enlistment office.

She spoke about this in an interview NV.

In particular, this can be done through the CNAP or through the electronic account when it starts working.

“You can update your military registration data through the Central Civil Aviation Administration, where no one will serve you a subpoena. You simply update your contact information and personal data. You can update it through your electronic account, when it starts working, remotely,” Frieze said.

The People’s Deputy also emphasized that summonses will not be served through the electronic account to citizens of Ukraine. Summons will be served physically or sent by mail.

Frieze also said that the ability to update data directly in TCC and JV will remain.

Let us remind you that on April 11, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill on mobilization as a whole. It will come into force a month after it is signed by President Vladimir Zelensky.
