Kazuki Miyamoto, a 37-year-old man in Kyoto, Japan, was arrested on suspicion of murdering a 21-year-old female college student Hamano Hinako. He claimed that the two were drinking and the female college student suddenly felt unwell. He wanted to call an ambulance, but was caught by the other party. She refused, so she had to go to the pharmacy to buy medicine. Unexpectedly, the female college student lost her vital signs and died 3 days later. The prosecution’s autopsy found that the cause of death was acute respiratory distress syndrome caused by thallium poisoning (Thallium poisoning), so it was suspected that Kazuki Miyamoto was involved, but he remained silent after his arrest.
