This figure also broke the record for the production price of the iPhone Pro Max variant. Usually, the production price of this higher variant of the iPhone has been between $ 400 and $ 450 since this variant was launched in 2018. .
iPhone 14 Pro Max itself is sold at a price of USD 1,099 (Rp 16 million) in the United States. The price hasn’t changed since the first Pro Max variant, which leads Nikkei to assume that Apple’s profit margins are falling due to higher manufacturing costs.
The increase in the production price of the iPhone 14 Pro Max is influenced by several factors.
