JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Investigators at the Directorate of Criminal and Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya conducted a case title in the possession of an airsoft gun belonging to a man with the initials MFA, who went viral in his co-operation after hitting a motorbike.
After being named the MFA suspect, he is now being detained by the police.
MFA was named a suspect in connection with the viral stabbing of a gun in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.
Determination of the suspect is carried out after the investigator has conducted a case title.
From the results of the case title, investigators concluded that there were enough elements to determine a suspect in the MFA.
The suspect was charged under Emergency Law No. 12/1951 for owning an airsoft gun without a permit.
Meanwhile, for the traffic accident case committed by the MFA, the police are still investigating and gathering witnesses.
