Vacant land on Jalan Adi Sucipto, precisely in Bulukan village, district Colomadu, Karanganyar, Central Java, a house is said to be built as a state gift for President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) when he retires. The Bulukan (Kades) village chief, Slamet, explained the origin of the land.
Slamet said the land, which is east of the Tamansari restaurant, hasn’t been used for decades. Slamet said the land previously belonged to Rosalia Indah boss Yustinus Soeroso.
“That is really land that hasn’t been planted for a long time, it has been like this for decades. As far as I know, it belongs to Mr. Suroso Rosalia Indah. It has an area of 9,000 (square meters),” Slamet said when contacted, as reported by detik JatengSaturday (17/12/2022).
Slamet admitted that he knew nothing about the sale and purchase of land. As far as he knew, the village government had been asked to help with land surveying.
“We were once asked for help measuring the eastern and western borders. About 6 months ago,” he said.
