Spain has registered 619 deaths in the past 24 hours.
The 24-hour death toll from Covid-19 rebounded Sunday in Spain to 619, after three consecutive days of decline, bringing the total toll to 16,972, according to a new toll released by the government. This Saturday, the number of deaths was down to 510.
The number of new cases confirmed in 24 hours (about 4,100), on the other hand, decreased compared to Saturday. In total, the number of confirmed cases is 166,019 in the country, the third most bereaved in the world by the pandemic behind the United States and Italy.
