Killer Well done Prasetya Blue (26) is her lover’s stepfather as suspected all along. The suspect is Ziath Ibrahim Bal Biyd (38), a resident of Sukoharjo Village, Klojen, Malang City.
The suspect was secured by Sub-Directorate III Jatanras of the East Java Police on Friday (15/4) at the suspect’s house in Malang City.
“The case started with the discovery of a corpse in Pasuruan with a decomposed condition. Then the Pasuruan Police identified the bodies found and then the Jatanras Polda Jatim joined in conducting the investigation. From this investigation process it was revealed that the victim was a murder victim,” said Deputy Criminal Investigation Officer of the East Java Police AKBP Ronald Purba when it was released at the East Java Police, Monday (16/4/2022).
Ronald confirmed that the perpetrator was the stepfather of TS, the victim’s girlfriend. For the time being, said Ronald, the suspect is still single.
“For now, the perpetrator is still single. ZI has a relationship with the victim because the victim is the girlfriend of ZI’s stepdaughter,” said Ronald.
From the disclosure of this case, the police secured a number of evidences, namely a knife, a hammer, a motorbike belonging to the suspect, and a car belonging to the victim.
For the actions of the suspect, he was charged with Article 340 of the Subsidiary Criminal Code 338 of the subsidiary Criminal Code, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code concerning acts premeditated murder.
“The threat (of punishment) is a maximum of 20 years in prison,” said Ronald.
