The new generation Nissan Leaf will be a coupe crossover with a bright and dynamic design. The range of an electric car will increase significantly.
The new third generation Nissan Leaf will appear in 2024 and will turn into a crossover. On it during the LA auto show informed one of the leaders of the Japanese multinational to journalists of the Motor.es site.
A company spokesman, who declined to be named, said the new Nissan Leaf would change dramatically. The C-class sedan will be replaced by a crossover.

This decision is due to the growing popularity of small urban crossovers and the declining demand for traditional sedans. Previously, information circulated that Nissan Leaf could also be discontinued, however it was refuted. They decided to leave the model, but in a modified form.
The first official teasers for the 2025 Nissan Leaf have already been released online. The electric car turned out to be fast in appearance: it has a sloping arched roof and a high window line.

The Nissan Leaf crossover is positioned as a younger brother Ariya electric car – it is from him that the CMF-EV platform for the new model will be borrowed. The car will be larger than its predecessor and its power reserve is expected to increase significantly. Production of the model will continue at the Sunderland (UK) plant.
Recall that the Nissan Leaf has been produced since 2010, and more than 600 thousand cars have already been assembled. This is the most popular electric car in Ukraine.
Previously Focus said the electric version will appear in the Mercedes G-Class. Such a “Gelendvagen” will be able to turn around on the spot.
