Fourth: Assiut, New Valley, Fayoum, Minya, and Beni Suef.
Fifth: Dakahlia, Menoufia, Eastern and Western.
Sixth: Cairo, Giza, and Qalyubia.
The cost of implementing the first phase of the system amounted to 51.2 billion pounds
