The Marriage of a Junior High School Student in Wajo Viral, Turns Out to be Matched

The wedding of a couple of children in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi (South Sulawesi), viral on social media. The bride and groom are junior high school students.

Reported by detikSulsel, in a viral video, the groom is wearing a typical Bugis Makassar wedding dress. The groom looks ready to go to the bride’s house.

The groom also appears to be accompanied by a companion alias child of the bride and groom. Meanwhile, in a number of circulating photos, the groom is seen with the bride on the reception stage. Both of them are busy serving requests for photos of invited guests.

It is known, the marriage took place in Tempe District, Wajo Regency, on Sunday (22/5) yesterday. The initials of the bride and groom are N (16) and M (15).

Nikma’s family, namely Muhammad Aris Ali, said the two were still in junior high school. Nikma is still in the 3rd grade of junior high school, while the groom Ferdi is in the 2nd grade of junior high school.

“The two are matched and are one village,” said Aris to detikSulsel, Monday (23/5).
