/ world today news/ The coalition council of “LEVITSATA!” decided to support a second round of the local elections for all candidates who:

They represent the left political space;

They represent the democratic community in Bulgaria and are against the established model of GERB;

All who are opposed to the policy pursued by the “assembly” government;
„THE LEFT!’ supports in the second round of the local vote all the representatives who declare themselves against the current policy of the Bulgarian government. We support the representatives of the parties that are in favor of local self-government and the democratic principles of governance.
We from “THE LEFT!” we remind you that the entire responsibility for conducting the elections and guaranteeing a fair vote in Bulgaria rests with the government, including the Minister of the Interior, who is in charge of operational monitoring of the electoral process (transporting the ballots, arranging the polling stations, etc.).
Our position is that the holding of the two rounds of elections under different conditions for voting creates prerequisites for additional mistrust in the fairness of the election process and the election result.
