The turnout for the presidential election in Poland at 13:00 Moscow time was 24%, which was a record figure at noon compared to previous years, said the head of the state election commission, Sylvester Marchinyak.

He said that 29 526 533 people are on the electoral lists.
“As of 12:00 (13:00 Moscow time) 7 108 803 ballots were issued, which is 24.08%,” – quotes its RMF24.
In particular, in the presidential election in Poland in 2015, the turnout at 12:00 was 14.61%.
June 28th presidential elections are held in Poland, in which 11 candidates participate, including the current leader of the country, Andrzej Duda.
