KNAB pointed out that the criminal proceedings were initiated on September 6 last year after Section 320, Paragraph four and Section 323, Paragraph two of the Criminal Law, namely, on bribery and bribery on a large scale.

Considering that a pre-trial investigation is underway in this criminal proceeding, and in order not to harm the interests of the investigation, the KNAB is currently not entitled to provide more information about the criminal proceedings and the persons involved in it.

The OCMA indicated that while the KNAB is being investigated, only the KNAB is entitled to provide information on issues related to criminal proceedings, including the persons involved and their positions.

The Board noted that no request had been received from KNAB to suspend the involved officials from their duties.
