The State Election Commission announced today the reopening of eleven Permanent Enrollment Boards (JIP) starting Monday, June 8, where those voters who wish to register for the primaries will have to attend until June 30.
The JIPs will focus on offering electoral services (new registrations, reactivations, relocations and transfers, among others).
In addition, it is reported that the JIPs will function as ISLA, which means that the voter may go to any office to request the services. Below is a list of the JIPs that will be offering service in this first stage:

The JIP’s hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m. at 4:00 p.m., following the security protocols worked by the Commission, in order to guarantee the health of employees and visitors in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The JIPs will receive the public through a dating system. The appointment number is: 787-777-8723. Voters should wear face masks upon arrival at the JIP.
The EEC expects that more offices can be opened in the next few days as the disinfection process is completed in the JIP premises and the Risk Prevention Protocol is complied with. Pending the cyber portal www.ceepur.org and CEE social networks for more information.
In an interview Point by Point, the president of the EEC, Juan Ernesto Dávila, emphasized that voters have until June 30 to register for the primaries.
