It is a very nice surprise received by several customers of the Tesco brand in the United Kingdom. While he had ordered a bag of apples at the supermarket, Nick James, 50, received in his “click and collect” order an iPhone as a gift, relate the Mirror and the Manchester Evening News. The 50-year-old had picked up his order as usual from his usual Tesco store in Twickenham, when staff reported a “surprise” in his bag. “I ordered apples and got an iPhone,” he enthusiastically told the Mirror. And to add: “I was expecting the surprise to be an Easter egg or something – I was a little shocked to tell you the truth.”
As part of a promotional campaign, Tesco Mobile is giving away free Apple iPhone SEs, AirPods and Samsung devices this week. The brand draws lots among its “click and collect” customers and thus offers them a nice surprise. Until April 18, nearly 80 items will be offered by a handful of stores.

Note that to be selected, you must have ordered certain products in particular. For example, for the purchase of laundry tablets, a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 is offered, for the purchase of gnocchi a Nokia 3.4, the mini-cheddars bring back an iPhone 12 Mini … The participating stores are: Glasgow Silverburn Extra in Glasgow, Twickenham Extra in Greater London, Stretford Extra in Manchester, Swansea Cadle Extra in Swansea, Portsmouth Extra in Portsmouth and Dudley Extra in Birmingham.
