COD Black Ops Cold War: Free beta for everyone from now, the news of the patch

Finally the moment long awaited by fans has arrived: from today 17 October Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Beta is Open for everyone, without any platform distinction.

At 19:00 today 17 October the servers have opened the doors to all PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC users, who will be able to play for free until 19:00 on Monday 19th October, going up up to level 40 in otto mappe (Miami, Satellite, Crossroads, Moscow, Armada, Cartel, Ruka and Alpine) e nine game modes (Team Deathmatch, Confirmed Kill, Domination, Combined Arms Domination, VIP Escort, Combined Arms Assault, Fireteam Dirty Bomb, Hardpoint and Control). We also remember that Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War Beta is crossplay, this means that, as in the final game, PS4, Xbox One and PC players can play together.

In preparation for the Open phase, Treyarch also released a patch for the Beta yesterday evening that activated the doubling the experience points for the weapons and the character, balanced the cost of the Scorestreaks and the cooldown of the spy plane, introduced stability improvements and adjusted the scoring in multiple modes. After all, that’s what Betas are for!
