The Intempo skyscraper took 17 years to build. It consists of two towers connected by a diamond-shaped structure. The towers contain the fastest elevator in Spain – it moves at a speed of 4.2 m / s and can reach the last floor in 52 seconds.

The publication notes that the timing for the construction of such a high-rise building may seem catastrophic, since due to the pandemic, resort cities are suffering heavy losses from a shortage of tourists. However, developer Uniq Residential said 100 of Intempo’s 256 apartments were pre-sold. About 60% of apartments were bought by Spaniards, the rest – by Russians, Scandinavians, Germans and Belgians.
