The Health Care Authority confirms that 96% of customer complaints have been resolved through the Call Center

Dr. Ahmed Al-Sobky, Chairman of the Health Care Authority, said that 96% of citizens’ complaints have been resolved through the call center, pointing out that the authority provides the call center service 15344, which is one of the important free tools for managing the satisfaction of beneficiaries, through which it is possible to receive any inquiries, complaints or suggestions Concerning the comprehensive health insurance system in the governorate.

Al-Sobky added that the Beneficiaries ‘Satisfaction Department, which is concerned with following up on the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the new comprehensive health insurance system, has a representative present in every unit, center and hospital within the framework of the actual implementation of the system in Port Said Governorate, and includes 80 officials for beneficiaries’ satisfaction to cover all units, centers and hospitals of the governorate’s health care authority.

He continued: The Beneficiary Satisfaction Department of the Public Authority for Health Care includes a team at the helm of Port Said Governorate that works through an office inside any health facility of the Health Care Authority, while the Beneficiary Satisfaction Officer responds to citizens’ inquiries and facilitates the procedures for receiving the service.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Sobky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Health Care, indicated that the Public Authority for Health Care is keen to ensure that all beneficiaries of the comprehensive health insurance system have access to decent medical service, stressing the importance of measuring their satisfaction with receiving the health service that they receive within the system, to ensure that To measure and develop it to ensure the continuity of the quality of health service that the Port Said citizen receives, and in line with the goals of the 2030 Sustainable Development Plan, which guarantees that every human being, regardless of his age and social level, can obtain all his health and social rights, which reflects his right to dignity and equality.
