The last time the saga was released to the BR was with Battlefield V and his way Firestorm. It did not work well at all, in fact, for much of the community it was one of the worst forays into this game mode. Now, It remains to be seen if DICE and EA can take note of the big picture and they manage to make the new Battlefield raise the bar for IP. We should see it in 2021, as noted a while ago.
