Daniel Ricciardo left McLaren after two seasons and will continue as Red Bull test driver this year. His compatriot Oscar Piastri replaced him at the Woking stable, but the eight-time race winner doesn’t hold a grudge against him, as shown by a photo posted on social media.
The two Australian drivers drove together through the streets of Melbourne in a papaya-coloured McLaren, which caused quite a stir in the city. Ahead of his first season in F1, Piastri took a break in the Australian city before starting work for his new team as the youngest member of the peloton.
