Egyptian stock indexes continued their rise in the middle of Thursday’s session, the end of the week’s sessions, driven by purchases from Egyptian dealers, while Arab and foreign transactions tended to sell.
The “EGX30” index rose by 0.59% to the level of 9480 points, the “EGX50” index rose by 1.32% to the level of 1346 points, and the “EGX 30 weighted index” index rose by 1.19% to reach the level of 11020 points, The EGX 30 index of total return increased by 0.27% to 3534 points.
The index of medium and small companies, “EGX 70 equal weights”, increased by 1.14% to reach the level of 997 points, and the “EGX 100” index rose by 0.7% to reach the level of 1025 points, and the Nile Stock Exchange index increased by 2.62% to reach the level of 720 points .
