Catechism – The Church teaches certain duties that parents owe to their children and children to their parents. For example, children owe their parents respect, gratitude, obedience, and obedience. Parents participate in divine fatherhood and are the first to be responsible for bringing up children and the first messengers of faith. All of these duties serve the sanctification of Christian family life.
