The dollar exchange rate rose today, Wednesday, to the same historical level it had recorded earlier against the pound in December 2016, after a notable increase in today’s trading from yesterday’s level.
Today the dollar price rose 5 pips against the pound in 8 banks at the end of trading, compared to its mid-trade level, while the price has stabilized in two other banks.
The average dollar exchange rate in banks rose to £ 19.44 in buy and £ 19.52 in sale, according to central bank data today, Wednesday, the same historical level recorded on 21 December 2016.
Masrawy monitors the price of the dollar against the pound in 10 banks during today’s trading, while comparing it during yesterday’s trading.

The National Bank of Egypt: 19.44 pounds for the purchase and 19.50 for the sale, with an increase of 5 piastres for the purchase.
Banque Misr: 19.44 pounds for the purchase and 19.50 pounds for the sale, with an increase of 5 plates for buying and selling.
Bank of Alexandria: 19.46 pounds for the purchase and 19.52 for the sale, with an increase of 5 piastres for the purchase and sale.
Banque du Caire: 19.46 pounds for the purchase and 19.52 for the sale, with an increase of 5 piastres for buying and selling.
Commercial International Bank: EGP 19.46 in purchase and EGP 19.52 in sale, with an increase of 5 plates in sale.
Arab African Bank: EGP 19.44 for purchase and EGP 19.52 for sale, with an increase of 5 piastres for purchase and sale.
Suez Canal Bank: 19.42 pounds for the purchase and 19.52 for the sale, with an increase of 5 piastres for the sale.
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank: EGP 19.49 per purchase, EGP 19.52 per sale, with an increase of 5 piastres for purchase and sale.
Credit Agricole: £ 19.40 for the purchase and £ 19.47 for the sale.
Banca Al Baraka: £ 19.35 for the purchase and £ 19.45 for the sale.
