The dollar exchange rate continued to rise against the pound in the banks in the middle of trading on Thursday, and achieved new increases compared to the morning transactions.
The price of the American currency rose 5 new piasters in the National Bank of Egypt and Egypt to the level of 16.13 pounds for purchase, and 16.23 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar increased by 5 piasters at Cairo and Arab African Banks to 16.15 pounds for purchase, and 16.25 pounds for sale.
And the price of the dollar rose 7 piasters at the Commercial International Bank to 16.10 pounds for purchase, and 16.20 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar increased by 12 piasters at the Suez Canal Bank and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank to 16.15 pounds for purchase, and 16.25 pounds for sale.
The price of the American currency increased by 12 piasters at the Bank of Alexandria to 16.12 pounds for purchase, and 16.24 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar rose 5 penny Credit Agricole to 16.03 pounds for purchase, and 16.13 pounds for sale.
The price of the dollar stabilized in the Housing and Development Banks, and Al-Baraka was 16.03 pounds for purchase, and 16.13 pounds for sale.
