Frank R. James, 62, is the prime suspect, pointed out by the authorities, of the shooting that occurred yesterday in a subway station in New York City. The man opened fire with a 9mm weapon against the passengers who were waiting on the platform and those who were getting off one of the formations.
Investigators found James’s YouTube channel, Prophet oftruth88which was reviewing and playing the videos posted in which he denounced the United States as a racist place mired in violence and in which he sometimes lashed out at the city’s mayor, Eric Adams.
In one of his videos he commented on one of his fantasies: “I could say that I wanted to kill people, I want to see people die right in front of my f… face immediately”.
He also talked about how everyone should be “exterminated” and that he didn’t like being around “blacks.” “We don’t give a fuck, we don’t give a fuck and that’s why we should be exterminatedThat’s why we should be off this damn planet, because we don’t give a damn that the fact that we’re hurting is what gives us life.”
“Your prayer is not going to do a sh… for you,” spoke in a video criticizing and wondering what God was doing for them.
So far, the platform has not suspended James’ channel, which has hundreds of videos and more than 3,000 subscribers. In many of his entries he calls himself “the prophet of doom” (“the prophet of doom”).
THE FACT
A shooting was unleashed this Tuesday in a station of the new york subwayleaving at least 29 people injured who were transferred to a hospital in Brooklyn, as reported EuropaPress citing firefighters and the American newspaper Washington Post with a report from the hospitals in the area.
Frank James rented a U-Haul van linked to the N subway attack in Sunset Park and is being wanted for questioning, police said at an evening briefing.
The truck key was found at the crime scene, as was a credit card that rented the vehicle in Philadelphia.police and law enforcement sources said.
At least a dozen people were hit by the shots and five of them are in critical but stable condition.. Authorities are also investigating a possible explosion at the site.
Police have recovered a pistol and several high-capacity magazines at the subway station where the incident occurred. The gun, one pistola Glockwas apparently jammed, a problem that may have prevented the shooter from causing further damage, they told the newspaper. NY Post police sources.
Four hours after the events, the police chief, Keechant Sewell, told the media that the shooting is not being investigated as terrorism, noting that “although it has been a violent incident, apparently no one has been fatally injured as a result of this case.”
