The beheaded man found in a car near the village of Stara Kresna committed suicide, it became clear from the police investigation.
Yesterday around 4.20 pm hunters found a car in a ravine near the village. There was a headless man in the driver’s seat with a seat belt. His head was found about 20 meters from the car. The initial suspicion was that the 44-year-old man had been killed.
However, experienced forensic scientists quickly solved the mystery. It turned out that the man living in Sofia committed suicide in a cruel way. He had personal problems, ran a small business, but went bankrupt. He left his last belongings in a pawnshop and bought alcohol with the money he received. He reached the dirt road near the village in his Opel car. He made a noose around his neck with a tow rope. He passed the rope through the cabin and trunk and the other end was tied to an electric ladder.
He gasped to the ravine and the car flew down, his head ripped off. When the car fell, the door opened and his head flew out.
Experienced forensic scientists claim that they have never encountered a case of such a sinister suicide.
