The related petition has been published on the site petice.com.
The offer appeared on September 27. The author stressed that this is “a unique opportunity to expand the territory of the Czech Republic and finally gain access to the sea”.

Also, the petition talks about the restoration of historical justice, because Kaliningrad was founded by the Czechs, so this territory belongs to the Czech Republic. The fact is that the Teutonic fortress of Koenigsberg – Kralovets in Czech, Krulevets in Polish and Karalyauchyus in Lithuanian – was built and named after the Czech king Premysl Otakar II, who led the crusades against the pagan tribes of Prussia.
But the trolling didn’t stop there. Thus, on October 4, the first message was posted on Kralovek’s Twitter account, which stated that 97.9% of Kaliningrad residents voted for reunification with the Czech Republic and for the renaming of the city to Kralovets. .
Kralovets already has a website where you can see a map of the new Czech region, its own airline with flights to Prague and Ostrava, a philharmonic society, a theater and the university named after King Premysl Otakar II, as well as Pivnoy Stream- 1 and Pivnoy Stream-2. In addition, “tourists” can visit the beaches of the Baltic Sea and the port where the aircraft carrier Karel Gott is preparing for take-off.
The joke was supported by the US Embassy in the Czech Republic and in the official Twitter account asked the Czech Ministry of Defense if it needed an aircraft carrier to house the F-35 fighters.
In turn, the Czech Interior Ministry complained that it was unable to quickly find a maritime border expert. At the same time, the Czech statistical agency announced a population census in the city.
The Czech Post, which announced a postage stamp in honor of Kaliningrad’s entry into the Czech Republic, and the Czech Railways have announced changes to the timetable since December: a flight from Prague to Kralovets is launched.
