Al-Marsad Newspaper – SPA: His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister, phoned President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation today.
At the beginning of the call, His Excellency thanked His Highness the Crown Prince for his active and distinguished contribution to the success of the prisoner exchange process.
His Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect him – affirmed the Kingdom’s readiness to perform all good offices and support all efforts aimed at reaching a political solution to the crisis.
President Putin noted the Kingdom’s accession to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization as a dialogue partner, underlining the aspiration of the members to the Kingdom’s active contribution to the work of the organization.
During the call, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the two countries and how to improve them in various fields.
