Thiruvananthapuram ∙ A case has been registered against the city police commissioner who did not implement the court order against the accused who went on the run after securing bail in the ganja case. The case was taken against Thiruvananthapuram City Police Commissioner Nagaraju. The city police chief should come in person on the 6th of next month or give an explanation. In the case registered by the Vatiyoorkao police in 2018, Sanjit, the sole accused, went on the run after obtaining bail from the court. The court summoned those who had given bail to the accused. The court learned from the surety that the accused was present at the spot and the police did not cooperate in arresting him, and directed the execution of the warrant through the Vatiyoorkav police.
