It all started with requests from customers who wanted to have assistants not full-time but for occasional needs, ”emphasizes Loubna Bedraoui, CEO of the agency.
The latter, which has been in existence since 2010, has recently diversified its services over the years, moving from luxury, private or even corporate concierge services.
“The profession has evolved a lot in recent years, especially the corporate concierge service which is developing more and more. Previously unknown to the general public, today it is imposed by force of circumstances, since it allows many managers, entrepreneurs or senior executives to dispense with time-consuming tasks, ”she explains.
It must be said that more and more companies are convinced by the provision of a company concierge and the advantages are numerous.

Faced with growing customer demand, the agency obviously intends to strengthen its staff of personal assistants who necessarily require training in digital tools. “Today, each assistant can manage a maximum of three clients with all the confidentiality that comes with it. Moreover, we have a legal firm as a partner to validate all the necessary clauses in a service contract, ”she explains.
