Adly Al-Qai’i, advisor to the Contracting Committee of Al-Ahly Club, confirmed that the competitions committee of the Egyptian Federation put the team in a trap before facing the Tunisian coastal star in the African Champions League.
Al-Ahly will meet with the Tunisian coastal star, on January 26th, in the fifth round of the group stage in the African Championship.
Al Qaei said during the statements of Al-Ahly channel on the “King and Writing” program: “Head of the Competitions Committee, Hussam Al-Zanati, set a trap for Al-Ahly when he presented the Enppi meeting on 22 instead of the 27th day and the same thing the Football Association did before the Sun Downs meeting last year.”
He continued: “I do not know why this is happening. Is this the assistance that the Football Association provides before the Egyptian confrontation in front of the coastal star in the African Champions League? There are many question marks. Certainly, the competitions committee will come out with many justifications for what it did to change the dates.”
It is noteworthy that the Competitions Committee announced today, that Al-Ahly and Enppi match date will be presented to January 22 in the framework of the 15th round of the Egyptian Premier League.
