The closure is pre-election. We really are idiots

Assoc. Prof. Mangarov, what do you expect to be the result of the 10-day lockdown of the state?

None. The incidence of coronavirus infections will be slightly reduced. The moment we open up, we will return to the very beginning. This methodology has proven ineffective in this case. We are not the only ones who are closing, but no one is doing it like we did 10 days before the elections. They close for months. Wherever this was done, there was no effect – neither in Spain, nor in Greece, nor in Great Britain. The epidemic is going on, and the economy and the psyche of the people are going to hell.

Restrictions start on Monday. Do you expect that on Saturday and Sunday people will rush to the shops and this will also lead to a jump in the infected?

We are constantly squeezing each other. People live normally. If someone thinks that restrictions can control an epidemic process, they are very wrong. All this work is pre-election.

That is exactly what I wanted to ask you. Do you assume that the tension around the pandemic is deliberately increased by the government precisely because of the upcoming vote?

Of course. The lockdown ends on the 10th day. Not on the 12th or on the 16th. This means that you will be limited to the Friday before the election. You will have one day to think and the next day you will go to the polls. But these people think we’re idiots. We are really idiots.

How is the situation in an infectious disease hospital?

The hospital is much fuller than it used to be. There are about 90 patients. There are still 1-2 free beds, but this is something we have dealt with and will deal with now.

Are your patients in serious condition?

Few patients are in serious condition. About 25 people are on oxygen. The other 60 people are in a condition in which a significant part of them could be treated at home.

Why are they in an infectious disease hospital then?

The reason they are with us is that these quarantines, which are imposed, do not allow the infected to be treated at home. The sick person closes and a doctor can only reach him in an illegal way. Therefore, the only way to get adequate treatment and care is for him to go to the hospital. But this is completely meaningless. People are contagious at least 3-4 days before they show clinical symptoms. And when they show them and start taking tests, another day or two passes. In fact, the moment it becomes clear that a person has a positive test, he was before that moment, was at least 5-6 days in society and contact. Then what’s the point of taking him out and quarantining him so that he can’t go to the store or the pharmacy ?! Those who have always been around him are also quarantined for another 10 days. In general, such nonsense is made. They cause people with symptoms typical of infectious diseases to run to the hospital and wait to die. On top of that, the GP does not treat him or advise him over the phone, usually telling him to take one or two antibiotics without seeing him. And this person needs someone to examine him and calm him down. And he needs to go to the hospital, only the eye needs to be given oxygen. Of those 7,000 people who are currently in hospitals, at least тях of them could be treated at home. As long as there was someone to take care of them. And now what happens – patients, when they are taken to hospital, are served by a nurse and a nurse for 40 people usually. They do not “break” to take care of them because they do not have the physical ability. These people should be cared for by their loved ones, not all isolated, as is currently the practice. Some in one room, others in the other. Or they are divided into different floors. When they go to the toilet, they put on masks, even though they lived normally for a week before this person was registered as positive. But no one knew that then. It is for this reason that these measures that we are currently witnessing are meaningless. They aggravate the situation and lead to overcrowding of hospitals.

Are there any problems with the AstraZeneca vaccine trade war?

They are no trade war. The same phenomenon cannot be observed in 11 European countries. People vaccinated with this vaccine develop thrombosis and die. This is not just in one country, but in many. Therefore, there is a serious problem.

Why then does the WHO advise not to stop the vaccine?

Who wants to be vaccinated. I wouldn’t do that. Mortality from Kovid-19 is 0, 03%., Ie it is not a very dangerous disease. Of course, if a person is ill, has concomitant diseases, then he can be vaccinated. But he must be aware of the problems and sign an informed consent. If the forensic examination rejects the problems, it will be angro tales.

People are divided about your pandemic theory. Do you personally meet those who openly attack you?

I have never met people who attack me. Some may look at me askance, but I haven’t noticed. Very often, however, people stop me and greet me. They come and want to shake my hand.

What are the disadvantages of the coronavirus for our health system?

It became clear that in practice we do not have effective pre-hospital care. This aid is only decorative and its purpose is simply to keep records. And when faced with a more serious case, immediately send him to hospital. Our pre-hospital care in these circumstances is not able to treat more seriously ill patients. The lack of effective pre-hospital care leads to a burden on both emergency care and hospitals.
